1. Eligibility (Let’s See If You Qualify for a Rebound)
Got a DQD mount that just isn’t doing it for you? You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to decide if it’s love or “let’s just be friends.” Here are the ground rules:
- Condition: If you’ve had your mount out for a few wild nights, it’s gotta come back looking fresh. We’ll only accept returns on items in like-new condition, without dents, dings, or signs of extreme passion.
- Original Packaging: Bring it back with all its bits and pieces, in the original box. Missing parts? That’s a deal-breaker.
2. Non-Returnable Items (It’s Not Us, It’s You)
We can’t take back everything, so if you’re thinking about sending us:
- Used or Customized Gear: Sorry, once it’s tailored to you or has seen the light of day, it’s yours.
- Final Sale Items: Some of our items just don’t do refunds; if they were marked as “final sale,” they’re yours for life.
3. How to Return (Let’s Do This Right)
