DQD Mounting Systems Refund and Return Policy:
Hey there, got a case of buyer’s remorse? It happens to the best of us. At DQD, we’re all about satisfaction, so if you and your mount just aren’t clicking, we’re here to help. Let’s get you sorted out.

1. Eligibility (Let’s See If You Qualify for a Rebound)
Got a DQD mount that just isn’t doing it for you? You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to decide if it’s love or “let’s just be friends.” Here are the ground rules:

  • Condition: If you’ve had your mount out for a few wild nights, it’s gotta come back looking fresh. We’ll only accept returns on items in like-new condition, without dents, dings, or signs of extreme passion.
  • Original Packaging: Bring it back with all its bits and pieces, in the original box. Missing parts? That’s a deal-breaker.

2. Non-Returnable Items (It’s Not Us, It’s You)
We can’t take back everything, so if you’re thinking about sending us:

  • Used or Customized Gear: Sorry, once it’s tailored to you or has seen the light of day, it’s yours.
  • Final Sale Items: Some of our items just don’t do refunds; if they were marked as “final sale,” they’re yours for life.

3. How to Return (Let’s Do This Right)

Email us at in**@****************ms.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the details and return address. Pack it up, ship it out, and keep the tracking info handy—you’re in charge of making sure it arrives back safe and sound.

  • Return Shipping: This one’s on you, partner. We don’t cover return shipping costs, but hey, relationships are a two-way street.

4. Refunds (Show Me the Money)
Once your return arrives and we give it a good once-over to make sure it’s eligible, we’ll refund the full product amount (minus shipping fees). Here’s the process:

  • Original Payment Method: We’ll send your refund back to where it came from—credit card, PayPal, or wherever you first laid down the cash.
  • Processing Time: Give us 5-7 business days to process it, and then a little more time for your bank to release the funds. Don’t worry; we’ll be fast, but your bank might play hard to get.

5. Exchanges (A Fresh Start)
Want a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to swap it out within the 30-day window, as long as the item is in new condition. Just reach out, and we’ll get you set up for a trade-in that might be your perfect match.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods (Our Bad, Let’s Fix It)
Received something that isn’t up to our high standards? That’s on us. If your product shows up damaged or defective, reach out immediately with pics, and we’ll make it right. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and get a replacement headed your way.
